FNB Top 20 - 9 August 2011

There was yet another long weekend to disrupt the smooth flow of schools rugby but there were still some big results – above all Gim’s win over third-placed Boys’ High in the crunch match of their season.

Affies, Glenwood, Queen’s, Grey College and Framesby had big wins, Selborne a telling one.

We are leaving Kearsney out of contention this week as they have not played for some while. KES, who played once this term, also appear to have stopped and will be taken out next week. This is temporary as their positions will be reconsidered at the end of the season.

Again we have tried to reward teams that are playing, which has meant that is possible for a team to drop a place or two without having played.
