FNB Top 20 for 29 August

Tiny movement

Only three of the teams in the FNB Top 20 played this last weekend – Paul Roos, Bishops and Marlow. Two of those teams met.

Marlow went down to Stellenbosch to play Paul Roos in the final of Die Burger's competition for Big School. Paul Roos proved their worth at the top of the FNB Top 20 by winning 50-12.

In the other match Bishops beat battling Rondebosch 75-22.

This is the second last FNB Top 20 for 2006. There will be no matches this weekend but next week we shall review all the performances of the year and reassess the FNB Top 20. This will bring back into contention schools which have played little of late.
