Free State's three teams

After many trials, Free State have chosen their three teams for this year's Craven Week, Academy Week and Grant Khomo Week.

Unsurprisingly Grey College dominate with a big contingent from HTS Louis Botha.

Players who played at the 2014 Craven Week are Jurie Burger, Khanya Gela and, most interestingly, Ignatius Prinsloo. Not only was he a replacement last year as well but he played for SA Schools. This year he has not always been in the Grey starting XV.

Grey have 13 players off to Craven Week and six heading for the Academy Week, this in a year when they have not been quite as strong as usual.

Louis Botha have  a team chosen – eight for Craven Week and seven for the Academy Week.

There is just one player in the Craven Week side who is not from Grey or Louis Botha – flyhalf Tiaan Schutte of Jim Fouché.

Sentraal, a good side this year, have five in the Academy Week side.
