George claim Classic hat-trick
The victory served as the justification George's coach Johan Bennett wanted, who stated they would prove they are the best team in their league. And they did just that as they ran in five tries to crush their rivals.
Wings Devan Erasmus and Mario Jacobs grabbed two tries each, while hooker Shanquin de Boer got a try of his own and fullback Stevano Olivier contributed 15 points to the total with his educated boot.
Pacaltsdorp saved themselves from being whitewashed when they grabbed a try of their own but it proved to be their only piece of joy as they failed to deal with the barrage of attacks George threw at them.
Olivier grabbed the only points of the half when he slotted three penalties to hand the home side a slender 9-0 at the half-time interval.
The floodgates opened from that point as the home side ran their opponents ragged to grab their five tries, with Olivier converting three of them.
