Grey too good at home
Rolls Royce axles don't break and Grey College do not lose at home. Well almost. The last time they lost at home was in 2006 when Paul Roos came to play. This time Grey beat Paul Roos 33-23 in an exciting FNB Classic Clash in Bloemfontein on Saturday.
Grey who have a less successful season than usual but still one that the vast majority of schools would envy have been improving of late while Paul Roos have suffered from inconsistency born of unhappiness.
Pieter Jordaan, the Grey centre, scored 23 of his side's points – including a try.
At half-time the home side led 13-6. the second 35 minutes had a harvest of 37 points.
