Independent Schools Week starts
The 2012 Independent (private) Schools Rugby Festival starts at Penryn College near Nelspruit in the Lowveld, a school founded in 1991 with links to the Methodist Church.
The schools attending the festival are: Michaelhouse (KwaZulu-Natal Midlands), St Stithians (Johannesburg), Thomas More (Kloof), Uplands (White River), St Benedict's (Johannesburg), Hilton (KwaZulu-Natal Midlands), Woodridge (Port Elizabeth), St Andrew's (Bloemfontein), St Andrew's (Grahamstown), St John's (Johannesburg), Clifton (Durban), CBC (Bulawayo), St David's (Johannesburg), Kearsney (Botha's Hill), St Alban's (Pretoria) and hosts Penryn.
Apparently no Craven Week players are at the festival.
