Item Charm Westering
WRAP: Itembelihle of New Brighton in Port Elizabeth were the bright stars at Westering High School’s biennial sports festival.
The festival is a coed tournament which has rugby as a component and was played on 15 and 17 June 2019. There were 12 rugby teams taking part.
Four of those schools won both of their matches – Andrew Rabie, Cambridge of East London, Fairmont of Durbanville and Itembelihle, who are again being coached by history teacher Theo Pieterse who has been doing this for over 30 years with enthusiasm and a happy heart. And it is the enthusiasm and joy with which Itembelihle play that makes them so special.
