Kearsney into the Glenwood web

There will be 21 matches between the two great schools.

After a less spectacular year last year, Glenwood's first XV are again right up there with the great rugby sides in South Africa, currently ranked third on the Top 20.

Glenwood have played seven matches and won them all, scoring 295 points to 79 against. They have included wins over other Top 20 schools – Dr EG Jansen, HTS Middelburg and Dale. Last week they beat Michaelhouse 56-5.

The only common opponent for Glenwood and Kearsney is HTS Middelburg. Glenwood beat them 17-6 whereas Kearsney lost 10-22. Kearsney have beaten Westville, Noord-Kaap and SACS. Last week they lost 23-31 to Hilton up at Hilton.

It's not only about the first XV. When Glenwood played Framesby, they won 11 out of 11. When they played Michaelhouse they won 15, drew one and lost three.
