Kearsney's Easter Fixtures
For the seventh time Kearsney College plays host to its prestigious Easter Festival, again attracting several top schools.
Back come Affies, Monnas, HTS Middelburg and Dale but Paarl Gim, Paul Roos, Outeniqua and Boland Landbou will not be there this year because of the Cape term dates at a time fractured by holidays. Those four will all be going to Wildeklawer, which would mean a great dealk of travel in a short period. The first round of the Western Province schools fixtures is on 12 April, the second round on 10 May.
There will be 12 schools at the Kearsney festival – Affies (Pretoria), Dale (King William's Town), EG Jansen (Boksburg), Framesby (Port Elizabeth), Glenwood (Durban), Grey College (Bloemfontein), HTS Middelburg (Mpumalanga), Kearsney (Botha's Hill), Monument (Krugersdorp), Nico Malan (Humansdorp), Selborne (East London), Westville (Durban)
At the end of the festival, the Sharks will again offer bursaries to their Academy.
