KES Host Monnas
They are both ranked on the Schools Top 20 – KES third and Monument eighth. That is a negligible difference in the context of the hundreds of rugby schools in South Africa.
KES have yet to lose a match after playing 10 while Monument have lost two of their 12 matches. But then Monnas have had slightly sterner opposition, playing three Top 20 Schools to KES's one. But then again Monnas lost to one of them – Boland Landbou 24-22 – and in additional lost to Eldoraigne 27-22.
The only opponent common to both schools are Waterkloof. Both of them beat Waterkloof – KES 28-25 and Monnas 20-17.
Both had huge wins last Saturday – Monnas 50-13 over Kempton Park and KES 71-17 over St Stithians.
