Outeniqua hosts big day
There is a long weekend this week, the right time for Hoërskool Outeniqua to host its annual rugby day which attracts many top schools
Four of the schools taking part are on the present FNB Top 20 – Outeniqua (4th), Dr EG Jansen (5th), Garsfontein (8th), and Marlow (13th). In addition Noord-Kaap have been there and may well still be there but for their few matches since May and Nico Malan trounced Die Brandwag this past Saturday,.
Outeniqua are the only George school taking part. The others come from afar – Tygerberg (Cape Town), Garsfontein (Pretoria), EG Jansen (Boksburg), Marlow (Cradock, Augsburg (Clanwilliam), Parel Vallei (Somerset West), Langenhoven (Riversdale), Diamantveld and Noord-Kaap (Kimberley), Pearson (Port Elizabeth), Nico Malan (Humansdorp) and Bredasdorp and Vredendal.

13.05: Outeniqua vs Noord-Kaap
14.20: Marlow vs EG Jansen
15.30: Tygerberg vs Garsfontein
The match between Outeniqua and Noord-Kaap will be televised.
