PREVIEW: Under-19 event moves to Bishops
The teams taking part are England, France, Italy, Wales and SA schools and SA Schools 'A'.
The first round of matches was played at City Park on Friday and the third – and final round – will be at Paarl Boys' High on Saturday.
At City Park France beat England, Italy beat SA Schools A and SA Schools beat Wales.
This suggests that the SA Schools match with France could be a tournament decider of sorts.
The tournament is named Under-19 but that is a bit of a mystery. England, Wales and South Africa label their teams Under-18, France theirs Under-19 and Italy theirs Under-20.

This suggests that there is not a lot to choose between the teams when the biggest winning margin was six points.
16.00 – SA Schools vs France
SA Schools have made six changes to their starting team – three in the backs and three in the forwards. Manny Rass comes in at centre for Wandisile Simelane who had a quiet match against Wales after his heroics at Craven Week, Muller du Plessis replaces Sihle Njezula on the left wing and Richman Gora comes in at scrumhalf for Rewan Kruger. In the pack there is a new hooker, lock and No.8 – with the introduction of Daniel Jooste for PJ Botha, Ben-Jason Dixon for PJ Steenkamp and Kwezi Mafu for Khanya Ncusane.

14.30 – SA Schools 'A' vs England
After their last-minute loss to Italy after a stirring comeback Sean Erasmus has made wholesale changes to the SA Schools 'A' team. Only four players who started against Italy will be starting this time against England – fullback Abner van Reenen, wing Austin Davids, captain Louritz van der Schyff and flank Athi Magwala.
Two of the changes were forced by injuries to lock Jaco van Tonder and No.8 Jessie Johnson, both of whom will miss the last round as well. Francke Horne and Ruan Vermaak have joined the team in their place, Horn starting and Vermaak on the bench.
England have also used the secateurs, though not as drastically. They have made nine changes, including positional changes for captain Gabriel Ibitoye, Tom Parton, moving to flyhalf from the wing, and Sam Moore. The England changes are intended to give every player a chance to start.

Ludovico Vaccari – good rugby surname that – has been moved to the wing, his place taken by Marco Zanoin who has come off the bench to captain the side while last week's captain Lorenzo Masselli is still in the side. There is a change at flyhalf as well where Michelangelo Biondelli comes in from the bench. There are only two more changes to the No.8 and the No.6.
Wales have made huge changes to give every player a chance to play. As a result only four who started against South Africa will start against Italy – flank Will Jones, who takes over the captaincy, No.8 Morgan Morris, fullback Will Talbot-Davies and Cameron Lewis who switches from outside centre to inside centre.
