There were not as many matches, as usual, but still two of the highest profile derbies in South African schools rugby – K-Day in Grahamstown and the Midlands Derby up at Hilton.
In Kwa-Zulu Natal, there were also age-old rivalries at DHS and Glenwood. In Northvaal six saints were in eager competition.
Soon there is the Private Schools Week and then Craven Week in Paarl
