Schools Results - 19 March 2016
At DHS there was their Rugby Day as part of the great school's 150th birthday celebrations. Those are, like Schools Day at Newlands, 20 minutes a half and no kicks at goal. We shall report on it separately.
Down in the Cape two big festivals started the Oakdale Rugby Festival and the Tony Stoops Rugby Festival.
Up in Pretoria, Hoërskool Garsfontein hosted the first day of its North-South tournaments.
Across in lovely Graaff-Reinet there was the .
And the Pukke and the Tukkies went ahead with their competitions.
There was the first FNB Classic Clash of the year, and what a dramatic match it was with a long-distance, time try to win the match for Parktown.
Bishops and St Andrew's met in Rondebosch as they did first 120 years ago.
