Schools results - May 10
There are some big results this week as holidays fade away and schools have a chance to do what schools do.
For a start there were Classic Clashes – won by Die Brandwag in Uitenhage, Itembelihle in New Brighton where the score was the same as last year's but the winner different, Drostdy in Worcester, HTS in Potchefstroom Grey Bloem in Pretoria, Glenwood in Durban and St Andrew's in Grahamstown.
Then there were good wins for Nelspruit, Queen's, Waterkloof, Kempies and Dr EG Jansen. Paarl Boys' High did well to beat Wynberg at Wynberg, who are ranked above them after their five matches in seven days in Japan, the travelling they had and the injruies they picked up.

The Super Rugby match in Canberra was ugly, the Classic Clash in Pretoria brilliant. It is no wonder that schools rugby has the following it does.
