The wins of SACS, St Andrew's, Helpmekaar and DHS are not every-year occurrences. Nor are some of the big wins, such as Eldoraigne's, Hoogenhout's, Fairmont's and even Helpmekaar's.
Garsfontein, Dr EG Jansen and Noord-Kaap appear to have lifted their season out of the ordinary.
Selborne are having a yoyo season – beaten by Dale, they beat Grey Bloem and then lost to St Andrew's – and they have most of the Border Craven Week side.
There were five Classic Clashes this week, won by DHS, Driehoek, Florida, Potch Gimmies and Schoonspruit of Klerksdorp.
Paarl Boys' High won their Premier Interschools match with Paul Roos, bringing up, so they reckon, a thousand days since last they lost in South Africa. They also reckon that in those thousand days, they won 51 matches.
There is a result for Skurweberg, a school at Op Die Berg in the Koue Bokkeveld where Breyton Paulse went to school.
