Tournament in the Klein Karroo
Rugby is a part of the Oudtshoorn K2 Sport-toernooi, hosted again by Hoërskool Oudtshoorn. It is just the third year of the tournament.
It's a wonderful coming together of north and south, east and west in the lovely town with its caves, crocodiles and, of course, ostriches, a fortnight after the great KKNK (Klein Karoo Nasionale Kunstefees) played itself out.
The team from furthest north is Ben Vorster of Tzaneen up near the Zimbabwe border. They are a strong side this year, as are Menlopark of Pretoria and Brackenfell. In fact one can expect a high quality of schools rugby.
