In 2015, the same two teams contested the prestigious last match with the laurels going to Western Province, but by just 12-10.
In the second-last match on Friday South Western Districts play Eastern Province who are also unbeaten after two draws. Unbeaten Boland play Border Country Districts, who drew with Eastern Province on Day 1.
South Western Districts had the biggest win of Day 2 while Border had their second big won.
