U20: NZ prepare in Australia
The New Zealand Under 20 squad assembles in Auckland on Friday, 24 April 2015, ahead of the 2015 Oceania Rugby Junior Championship to be played on Australia’s Gold Coast next week.
For the Baby Blacks this is a well-timed competition in preparation for the World Rugby Under-20 Championship in Northern Italy from 2 June to 20 June. The squad for Italy will be announced after the Oceania tournament. That squad will assemble on 28 May 2015 in Mt Maunganui before departure to Italy.
The team for the Oceania Championship leaves from Auckland on Tuesday, 30 April, for Gold Coast. They will play three matches. The matches will be played at Bond University.
