Union High's Easter Festival
Union High in Graaff-Reinet is holding an Easter Festival of rugby and hockey from 29 March to 1 April 2013.
The festival, which is one of the highlights of the local sporting calendar is in its 26th year and looks set to be a particularly exciting one this year. A total of fourteen rugby teams will do battle.
The organisers say. "We trust that the festival will bring opportunities for the further development of rugby and hockey skills as well as opportunities for our sportsmen and women to meet new friends and to build upon the positive sporting traditions that our schools all value so highly. We hope that all our visitors enjoy their stay in the Karroo and at Union High School in particular. We would like to urge all our visitors and local supporters to make the most of this Festival in sporting and in social terms."
