Player ratings: Seeing red

The All Blacks showed their class by putting up a very strong performance with 14 men on the field. For a moment you would have thought that they would still pull it through due to the Lions' ill-discipline.

The All Blacks were unable to score any tries but the scoreboard pressure they created through Beauden Barrett's boot almost secured it for them. However, the Lions showed some character and outplayed them on the day.

Jeremy Papier rates the New Zealand players:

Good showing by Dagg in his familiar position. Had a few good runs, he was solid under the high ball and his kicking was good. He also knocked two balls forward.
