The Lions were scheduled to host the Griquas at Ellis Park on Friday, April 15.

However, the clash will now take place on Thursday, April 14 at 15.00 SA time (13.00 GMT).

The Gauteng side also revealed that the fixture has been moved from Ellis Park to Wits Rugby Stadium in Johannesburg.

The Lions are rock bottom of the Currie Cup with two points.

The side have yet to win a game this season after losing all their seven fixtures.

Griquas, on the other hand, are fourth – just one point clear of fifth-placed Pumas.

A win against the Lions will see the men from Kimberley strengthen their chances of reaching the play-offs.
