Another Lions star signs for Sharks
TRANSFER NEWS: The Sharks have bolstered their front-row stocks with a powerhouse prop
On Wednesday, the Durban-based franchise confirmed that Lions prop Carlü Sadie will be joining them on a two-year contract.
The announcement comes just two days after the Sharks revealed that another Lions star in the form of Vincent Tshituka will be joining them on a three-year contract.
Sadie is a powerful scrummager and he will add some depth in the tighthead role.
The Sharks have been on a signing spree recently.
Last week they revealed that Springbok centre Rohan Janse van Rensburg will be joining them from the Sale Sharks.
They also lured Maties star Nevaldo Fleurs to Durban. Fleurs was the top point scorer during the Varsity Cup 2022 season.
Earlier this year in February, the Sharks dominated headlines when they announced that Springbok superstar Eben Etzbeth will be joining them as well.
Etzebeth currently plays for Toulon in France.
