AUDIO: 'I've had enough of him now'
Robert du Preez junior has been in fine form in the No.10 jersey for Province recently and it was just two weeks ago when he put in a man-of-the-match performance in a 31-20 win against the Sharks in Kings Park.
In fact, Du Preez junior has been a thorn in his father's side for quite a while now.
"I've had enough of him now," said the Sharks coach. "He has been playing really good rugby. He has managed their [WP] game really well.
"We know he is going to be a threat on Saturday. We are going to have to close his space down.
"Having said that, in Curwin [Bosch] we got a fantastic youngster that's also playing really good rugby and I think it is going to be a great match-up."
Play-off rugby is often tense and gritty affairs and Du Preez has called for his side to be patient in all areas of play.
"It [patience] is going to be very important on both attacks and on defence.
"Patience, as well as game management, is going to be key."
The Sharks finished on top of the standings with 10 wins from 12 matches and Du Preez said his side's success this season has been a long time coming.
"Continuity has played a huge role and since the Currie Cup last year that's where it started. We kept that continuity going through to Super Rugby.
"Although we lost a few guys to Japan and a couple of guys that went to France, I think we kept that continuity going and the youngsters that have stepped in made a massive impact and they played a huge role in terms of the whole squad," Du Preez added.
