The Cape will have Springboks Juan de Jongh and Mbongeni Mbonambi available for the match as well as a number of other key players returning from injury.

Western Province head coach John Dobson said De Jongh picked up a contusion to his calf during South Africa's 15-57 defeat to the All Blacks. However, the centre will be ready to take the field at Loftus Versfeld this coming Saturday.

Prop Oliver Kebble, lock JD Schickerling, centre Huw Jones and scrumhalf Dewaldt Duvenage are all back from their respective injuries and will be available for selection for the match.

Loose forward Sikhumbuzo Notshe, who injured his ankle in his team's 34-27 victory over the Sharks last month, could feature but Dobson said it was a long shot.

"We are not going to push him," Dobson told reporters at the team's base in Bellville.

"He has been out for a reasonably long time and it is a tough injury. I am not terribly confident."
