33-year-old Giteau underwent an operation on his groin in January and was omited for three months.

He made his return for Toulan last week in the 19-16 European Cup quarterfinal defeat by Racing 92.
Capped 102 times by Australia, Giteau limped off during the quarterfinal game after an hour.
The news is a blow for coach Jacques Delmas and his men.
Giteau will miss Saturday's Top 14 match away to Pau and potentially Toulon's April 30 home fixture against Toulouse.
