Healy suspended for Toulon clash
Healy, 28, was accused of striking Toulon hooker Guilhem Guirado with his knee during last Sunday's 9-24 defeat to the reigning three-time European champions in Pool Five.
Following a disciplinary hearing in Paris the judicial officer decided the "charge of striking could not be proven" but determined that Healy had still "committed an act of foul play".
The charge was consequently amended to "dangerous charging or obstructing or grabbing of an opponent without the ball", with Healy – who has the right to appeal the decision – therefore eligible to return on December 28.
Meanwhile, La Rochelle centre Elliot Roudil's citing has been dismissed as the player was deemed to have not committed an act of foul play.
Roudil was cited by the match Citing Commissioner, Eddie Wigglesworth (Ireland), for an alleged dangerous tackle on the Zebre's Paul Derbyshire, in the 43rd minute of the Challenge Cup Round Three match on December 11 in contravention of Law 10.4 (j).
