It's Official: Sharks sign another World Cup-winning Springbok
TRANSFER NEWS: The Sharks have officially confirmed the signing of World Cup-winning prop Vincent Koch.
It has been widely reported in the last few months that the Sharks were after the Springbok’s services and he will now join a number of other World Cup winners in Durban.
Koch started the season as a Wasps player but he was among 167 players and staff made redundant after the English club fell into administration.
The 33-year-old then went to France on a short-term contract to play for Stade Francais and now he will head back to his homeland.

He will also be a replacement for Thomas du Toit, who will be heading to England at the end of the current season.
Koch has plenty of experience in Europe having represented Saracens between 2016 and 2022.
Before that, he played for the Stormers, Pumas and Bulls in South Africa.
