Loftus the last venue standing
Potential venues for the United Rugby Championship Final, on Saturday, June 22, have been confirmed.
The Bulls – who had provisional listed Soccer City in Soweto and the Orlando Stadium – as alternatives, now have only their home ground, Loftus Versfeld, as a potential venue for a Final.
Once the semifinal stage is completed, the highest-ranked team based on their final league position will host the game at their nominated venue.
The list of venues is determined by order of the teams’ rankings.
Glasgow Warriors are unable to host a Final as the fourth-ranked side.
