Backline Trio commits to Bath
Capped 48 times by Wales at international level, Priestland has prolonged his stay in the West Country after joining on an initial two-year deal from the Scarlets in the summer of 2015. The flyhalf, who has appeared in the Blue, Black and White 27 times and scored 101 points to date, has bought in a wealth of experience and competition to the backline, which will be crucial as the squad look to continue their development.
Clark, a Bath Rugby Academy product who graduated to the senior squad this summer, is a hugely exciting young talent. The centre, who scored his debut Premiership try in the win over Saracens last month, has forced his way into regular contention for a place in the matchday squad this season with his dynamic and creative style of play.
Having joined Bath just under two years ago, Homer has come to the fore in the 2016/17 season, starting all but one of Bath’s games this season. A composed, intelligent fullback, Homer is as staunch a defender as he is an attacking threat going forward, and his kicking ability – from hand and from the tee – is a huge benefit to the team.
