Bok flank to face the music
Springbok and Bath flank Francois Louw will attend an RFU disciplinary hearing on Tuesday following his red card for punching against Leicester on Saturday.
Louw was not the only Bath player in hot water and will be joined by teammates Matt Banahan and Lee Mears at the hearing.
Banahan got his marching orders for a dangerous tackle in the same match, whilst Mears is facing the same charge as Louw.
The Tigers will have their own representative at the hearing with Brett Deacon also sent off for striking an opponent, whilst London Irish's Chris Hala'ufia will have to answer for a dangerous tackle against London Welsh.
Deacon has already been suspended from playing by Leicester for one week following an internal disciplinary hearing.
Tigers officials have reviewed the incident in which Deacon was sent off during the second half of their clash with Bath at Welford Road and found him guilty of striking an opponent.
A club statement said: "Brett has been banned for seven days and he will miss the Heineken Cup Round Three match against Benetton Treviso this weekend.
"Brett regrets his actions which left his team with 14 men during the second half of a vital club match."
All of the cases will be heard by an RFU disciplinary panel of Christopher Quinlan, Nick Dark and John Brennan at the Bristol Filton Holiday Inn.
