Falcons trio learn their fate

Newcastle Falcons players James Hall, Rob Vickers and Tai Tu’ifua appeared at an RFU disciplinary hearing on Monday following their citings arising from the match against the Harlequins at Kingston Park on March 2.

Hall, who was cited by the match citing officer for kicking an opponent, contrary to Law 10(4)(c), and was suspended for one week until March 27 after pleading guilty. He can play again on March 28.

Vickers, who was cited by the match citing officer for striking, contrary to Law 10(4)(a) was suspended for one week until March 27 after pleading guilty. He too can play again on March 28.

The case against Tai Tu’ifua, who was cited by the match citing officer for a dangerous tackle, contrary to Law 10(4)(e) was dismissed.
