Griffiths walks away from Sarries

The Board of Saracens and Edward Griffiths announced that, following seven very successful years with the club, the CEO will be leaving at the end of the season to pursue new opportunities.

"After seven years as CEO Edward is moving on," Saracens Chairman Nigel Wray said.

"He has created and leaves an outstanding and beautiful new permanent home for Saracens, and a team of people with a real caring and community focus and we will build upon this  legacy.

"Edward will  forever be a Saracen and always welcome amongst his friends at Allianz Park."
