Trouble comes Flooding in
England flyhalf Toby Flood has been cited for an alleged tip tackle during Leicester's 19-14 win at Worcester.
Flood will face a Rugby Football Union disciplinary hearing on Tuesday, following the dangerous tackle on Worcester's Andy Goode in Friday's Premiership match.
Although Flood escaped any action for the challenge during the game, he could still be facing a suspension.
Flood has been charged contrary to Law 10.4 (j), following a report from the RFU Citing Officer Shaun Gallagher.
A ban would leave Flood in danger of missing Leicester's crucial European Cup pool games against the Ospreys and Toulouse later this month.
Flood's case will be heard by a panel chaired by Jeremy Summers.
* Meanwhile, Leicester's Matt Smith received a Level One citing for use of an elbow on Alex Grove in Friday's fixture.
Smith was charged with a transgression of Law 10.4 (a).
Smith's written warning is treated as a yellow card for the purposes of totting up in the 2012/13 season only.
