Walder helps Wasps to tame Tigers
Tries from Paul Sackey and Steve Kefu, along with 14 points from the boot of flyhalf Dave Walder, helped London Wasps to an important 24-22 victory over the Leicester Tigers in their Guinness Premiership clash on Sunday afternoon.
Tigers No.8 Jordan Crane scored a last minute try for Richard Cockerill’s men to secure them a bonus point but the Adams Park faithful were still able to enjoy a big win with their team.
Leading 18-12 at half time Wasps always seemed to just have the edge on the scoreboard despite losing the second half 10-6.
