Late injury switch for Aussies

A corked thigh to Cameron Clark has forced a late change to the Australian Sevens squad for the Wellington leg of the Sevens World Series at Westpac Stadium this weekend.

Clark will be replaced by Peter Lee, who made his debut for Australia in Dubai and went on to play in Port Elizabeth late last year.

Wellington will be Lee's third cap, after the former Fijian Under-20 rep catapulted into the national selection frame following a single outing with the Aussie Thunderbolts development squad in 2012.

The Australian Sevens side were named in Pool D for the Wellington Sevens, alongside Portugal, Fiji and Scotland.

Australian Sevens squad: Peter Lee, Ben Adams, Con Foley, Sean McMahon, Pama Fou, Jordan Tuapou, Allan Fa'alava'au, Tom Cusack, Will Miller, Shannon Walker, Jesse Parahi, Lewis Holland.
