Injury blow hits Wales

The number eight faces a race against time to make the Six Nations opener after his second knee injury.

Earlier this season the 26-year-old was sidelined for over two months with damage to the same ligaments missing the majority of Wales' November series.

His latest injury occurred during Bath's 26-40 defeat by Wasps on Christmas Eve and will see him sidelined for four to six weeks.

Wales start their Six Nations campaign against Italy on February 5.
