Another bad break for Killian
Kings utility back Michael Killian will be out of action for an additional four weeks, after having re-fractured his arm last week.
Kings Director of Rugby, Alan Solomons said Killian had re-fractured his arm during training last week and would not be taking part in any contact until the bone had re-knitted.
"He will be out for another four weeks," Solomons said, as his side started the preparation for their Round Five encounter with the Chiefs in Port Elizabeth on Friday night.
Solomons said aside from Killian there were also concerns around Jacques Engelbrecht, who was nursing sore ribs following last Saturday's clash against the Sharks.
"He has been for x-rays and everything looks okay, but we will be keeping a close eye on him and see how his recovery goes during the week," he said.
Solomons said there was still some concern around the injury to Luke Watson's throat following the game against the Western Force in Week Two.
Watson had been to see a specialist last week and was withdrawn from the game against the Sharks on Saturday, after originally being named on the bench at No.19.
"Luke will be doing further tests this week and will be going back to the specialist later in the week," he said.
