Loosehead prop Charles Marais replaces Retshegofaditswe Nche in the starting XV, while Nicolaas van Dyk and Johan Coetzee switch places with Van Dyk starting at tighthead and Coetzee dropping to the bench.
Hilton Lobberts replaces the injured Johannes Prinsloo on the openside, while captain Francois Venter and Nico Lee swap around as Venter moves to inside centre and Lee takes charge on the outside.
Teboho Mohoje will be making is comeback after an injury, replacing Henco Venter on the bench.
