Hammett tweaks team for Rebels
Takuma Asahara, Yoshiya Hosoda, Mifiposeti Paea have all been given their first starting berths in this year's tournament.
Paea comes in on the wing, while Asahara and Hosoda are the new faces in the forward pack.
The Sunwolves are yet to win a game in their debut season in Super Rugby.
