Injury ends Allardice's season

The Chiefs lock sustained his injury while playing against Wales in Hamilton last Tuesday, June 14.

The Chiefs produced a dominating performance, winning 40-7.

The giant faces three to four months off the pitch according to the franchise.

This is the second consecutive year that Allardice's season has come to an abrupt end because of an injury.

He made his debut in 2015, enjoying seven fixtures before the medial ligament in his left knee tore while playing against the Hurricanes.
