There is a change at flyhalf with Domingo Miotti starting ahead of Joaquín Díaz Bonilla.
In the pack, Tomás Lezana is the new face in the back row with Juan Manual Leguizamon dropping down to the bench.
In the second row, Marcos Kremer takes over the No.5 jersey from Tomás Lavanini.
Quesada has opted to change his entire front row with Santiago Medrano, Julian Montoya and Mayco Vivas coming in for Enrique Pieretto, Agustin Creevy and Nahuel Tetaz Chaparro.
