Lions reveal their pride
AWARDS: Springboks Elton Jantjies and Malcolm Marx were the big winners at the Lions’ 2018 awards ceremony.
Jantjies was named the Lions Player of the Year and the Lions Rugby Company’s Most Valuable Player for 2018 at the Annual Player Awards held at Airline Park on Saturday.
The nominees for the Lions Super Rugby Player of the Year award were Jantjies, Malcolm Marx and Aphiwe Dyantyi.
Marx walked away with two awards: Players’ Player of the Year and Fans’ Player of the Year.
Courtnall Skosan is the Currie Cup Player of the Year.
