Marx dominates Lions awards

Marx was crowned the Lions Player of the Year, Super Rugby Player of the Year, Players' Player of the Year and Supporters' Player of the Year.

The 23-year-old had an impressive season for the Lions.

Springboks scrumhalf Ross Cronje was elected Super Rugby Backline Player of the Year.

While for the second consecutive year lock Franco Mostert received the Super Rugby Forward of the Year award.

BlitzBoks star Albertus 'Kwagga' Smith was named Currie Cup Player of the Year, while the Forward of the Year went to Marvin Orie and the Backline player of the Year was handed to Ashlon Davids in the same competition.
