Matfield to lead Bulls
Victor Matfield will captain the Bulls for the first time in two years when they host the Sharks in Pretoria on Saturday.
Matfield takes over the captaincy from fellow Springbok Flip van der Merwe, who pulled out of the Round Six Super Rugby encounter with a hamstring injury on Thursday.
Paul Willemse comes off the bench to partner Matfield in the second row.
Grant Hattingh, who was due to play for the Blue Bulls in the Vodacom Cup clash against the Golden Lions on Saturday, has been promoted to the bench for the Super Rugby team.
