Paige out of the Bulls' book
The Bulls suffered a double injury setback ahead of their big north-south Super Rugby derby this coming weekend.
The South African conference leaders, the Bulls, will be without the services of scrumhalf Rudy Paige and flyhalf Jacques-Louis Potgieter when they face Stormers in Cape Town on Saturday.
Paige has a grade one medial ligament tear and will be out of action for at least two weeks.
Potgieter have a grade one hamstring tear and will return to action on May 4, team doctor Org Strauss confirmed on Monday.
Burger Odendaal (hamstring), Bjorn Basson (knee), Flip van der Merwe (knee) and Arno van Wyk (bronchitis) sat out training on Monday, with Odendaal only returning to action on Thursday.
Basil Short (calf) will sit out training this week.
Victor Matfield (knee, returning May 4), Pierre Schoeman (knee, July 15), Bandise Maku (pectoral muscle, July 31), Carlo Engelbrecht (ankle, May 31), Werner Kruger (ankle, May 11), Duncan Matthews (knee, August 31), Ruan Steenkamp (knee, July 31) and Ryan Nell (knee, August 31) remains on the long term injury list.
