IN THE SPOTLIGHT: It seems like the Stormers’ backline woes have forced them to bring in some world-class expertise in the shape of World Cup winner Cheslin Kolbe.

The Springbok, who plays for Top14 side Toulouse, is currently on a break due to the Six Nations.

Kolbe’s presence at the Stormers training on Tuesday has certainly left the supporters intrigued.

However, Stormers quickly nullified any premature transfer talk involving the two parties.

“Just training with the guys this morning to keep sharp while in Cape Town!” the Stormers responded on their Instagram post.

Kolbe spent five seasons at the Stormers before joining French side Toulouse in 2018.
