Poitrenaud gets nod at fullback

One change is enforced, with Springbok Stephan Lewies coming in to replace Etienne Oosthuizen, who misses this match and next week's home game against the Waratahs because of suspension.

In the backline the vastly experienced Clement Poitrenaud is at fullback after swapping places with Curwin Bosch who will play off the bench.

The Sharks started their Super Rugby campaign with a 26-28 defeat to the Reds in Brisbane last weekend.

The Brumbies also lost their opening game when they went down 13-19 to the Crusaders in Christchurch.
