Sharks unchanged for Waratahs clash
The match will be the Durban-based side's first at home this season after they started their campaign on the road in Australia.
The Sharks lost their opening match 26-28 to the Reds in Round One, before a late try snatched a 27-22 victory against the Brumbies in Canberra in Round Two.
The Waratahs are coming off a 36-55 defeat to the Lions, which was their first match on their South African tour.
The Australians started their Super Rugby campaign with a narrow 19-13 win over the Western Force in Round One.
