Toby Smith (back) has also recovered from his injury to be available for selection this week.

 

Tighthead prop Tim Metcher has injured his knee in the Connect Dewar Shield and is undergoing further tests, while Tamati Ellison is suffering from a groin niggle.

 

Metcher and Ellison will know after further assessment of their injuries if they are available to play.

 

The Rebels squad flew out to Durban on Monday to begin preparations for the game at Kings Park.
